Shipping:
All purchases will be shipped within seven (7) business days. This does not include shipping time. Items can take from 2-5 business days.
Returns/Exchanges:
Jaybirds Closet is currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. Jaybirds Closet is not responsible for lost or damaged mail in any circumstance. Please contact your local USPS first with any mail or delivery concerns. Jaybirds Closet does not offer refunds or changes to items once the order is placed. Please review and check product details and sizing BEFORE completing your order. The exception is if we send you a wrong or damaged item. Photo proof must be provided with three (3) days of item delivery and reviewed by seller. The item must then be returned BEFORE a replacement item is issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance. Please contact us via email ([email protected]) for any further questions or concerns.
